Stalking affects an estimated 6.6 million victims every year - yet many people may not know what it is, or the behavioral signs that lead to it.

January is National Stalking Awareness Month, and Becky Hoaglund, the outreach coordinator for the Rape and Domestic Abuse program in North Platte wants that to change.
