DHHS report: Downtown assisted living facility
is in violation of more than 30 state regulations

An assisted living facility in North Platte has been dealt a devastating blow following an investigation of its building and services, and the facility's administrator plans to appeal.
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services conducted an investigation of the Hotel Pawnee assisted living facility, 221 E. 5th St., between May 10 and 31. As a result, the Pawnee was cited for violating 35 state assisted living regulations.
