LINCOLN — Nebraska Wesleyan University has announced its academic honors list for the spring semester of the 2018-2019 academic year.
A student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.75 (on a 4.0 scale) for 12 or more hours of coursework to qualify for the list.

A recent Nebraska Wesleyan University graduate and Sutherland native has been awarded a prestigious Boren Scholarship.
Chance Kennicutt has received the Boren Scholarship, which provides U.S. undergraduate and graduate students with up to $20,000 to acquire language skills and experiences in countries critical to the future of security and stability in the U.S. He is the 22nd NWU student to win the award.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, announced that Taryn Adams of Valentine has been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester of the 2018-19 academic year.
The dean’s list recognizes full-time students who have a minimum of 12 credit hours with grade-point averages at 3.5 or above.
Concordia University, Nebraska
SEWARD — Concordia University, Nebraska, named 258 students to its honors list for the spring 2019 semester.
The top 25 percent of all undergraduate students who complete at least 12 credit hours on the traditional A-F grading scale qualify for the honors list.

MEDFORD/SOMERVILLE, Mass. — Keenan Rhea of Lexington was named to the dean’s list at Tufts University for the spring 2019 semester. Dean’s list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.
CRETE — Doane University has 241 students who have been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester. Students must achieve a minimum 3.7 grade point average on a 4.0 scale and hold 12 graded hours to qualify for this academic distinction.

YANKTON, S.D. — Kaylee J. Meeske of Champion was recently named to the dean’s list of Mount Marty College in Yankton, South Dakota, for the spring 2019 semester.
The MMC dean’s list comprises undergraduate students completing a full-time load of graded coursework with a minimum term GPA of 3.5.

AMES, Iowa — Iowa State University’s largest-ever graduating class (5,248) received degrees during four spring commencement ceremonies May 9 and 11. Iowa State awarded 4,439 undergraduate degrees, 527 master’s degrees, 132 doctor of philosophy degrees and 150 veterinary medicine degrees.
