Military service is among the most meaningful duties: personal sacrifice to uphold the freedom of others. We want to honor veterans and their families by asking them to share their stories with us!
All nominees will be included at no charge in a special online gallery throughout October and November. For an additional fee, these nominees and select feature stories will be printed in a special insert on Sunday, November 11.
To include a service member, fill out the form here.
On that form, you’ll include contact information, a couple photos, and brief details of that person’s service. You can choose the free online gallery, the online gallery plus printed special section ($18), or both galleries and an optional wall plaque ($34.50). If you choose any of the paid options, someone from the Telegraph will contact you for payment prior to the section running.
The wall plaque is 7” wide and 9” tall, and will include a photo, service details, and a custom message. Plaque purchase includes both the online and printed galleries. A Telegraph representative will contact you with details.
Area businesses are invited to support the online and printed special sections, with either branding (logo and message of support only; no products) or recognition of active/veteran employees.
In addition, sponsors are welcome to fund copies of the printed section that would be distributed to assisted living, service lodges, the Veteran’s Home, or other location. Contact your Telegraph sales representative or email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
